Our Pure Organic Wild Honey
Four Seasons Wild Honey
Untreated, unpasteurized, nothing added, nothing removed. Just as it comes from the beehive. The best raw honey is totally unfiltered, which means you get small shards of honeycomb and grains of pollen still clearly visible in the jar - a very good indication that you have the real thing, genuine pure wild honey. Although our honeys are names after the four seasons, they can be eaten at any time!

Benefits of Wild Organic Honey
When organic honey comes from the beehive, it contains over 300 components (reference here) including small amounts of a wide range of antioxidants, antibacterial agents, vitamins, enzymes and other nutrients. It is these components that give honey its reputed and well researched antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. There is even some evidence that certain types of honey are effective against MRSA, the hospital superbug. Keeping the honey raw means you preserve all of those many hundreds of unique components that make honey so special. Some of the vitamins in natural honey are listed below:
- Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)
- Thiamin (Vitamin B1)
- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
- Niacin (Vitamin B3)
- Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5)
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin C
The Wild Honey Taste
Health benefits aside, the real difference between genuine wild honey and the factory-processed brands is in the taste and aroma. Once you have experienced the exquisite aroma and flavor of some of the natural wild honeys, there really is no going back - you will start to realize that true wild honey is in so many ways like a fine wine compared to a cheap supermarket brand! With differences from season to season because of the weather, and amazing variations depending on the climate and the flowers on which the bees feed.
Storing Wild Honey
Your carefully chosen and cherished wild honey will keep very well for years, but most people say use within two years for the best taste. Make sure the honey is in a properly-sealed container, in a cool and dry place, so that neither air can get in and oxidize it nor moisture which may cause the honey to ferment. Honey is best stored in a cool dark place which will preserve the delicate chemicals and the exquisite colour. The container needs to be something that won't react with the honey, such as glass or a ceramic material where the preservation can last many years.
Enjoy a better and healthier living ... eat pure wild honey.
