And what we consider Tea is not something that you can alter from its natural form, manufacture or for that matter, mix it with any other ingredients, including artificial aromas like lemon and mint and pack all into the so-called tea bag.

Green teas, white teas, oolong and the rest that you can buy from large commercial companies bear no resemblance to the real thing.

We believe Tea is pure, and that it must be preserved pure; one must be able to see the leaves, feel its freshness, sense the fragrance, and enjoy its gradual blossoming when in contact with water. It is not simply a drink, but a much wider experience; it is indeed a way of life and a magnificent creation of Nature.

Every single year there are significant differences on the availability of the different Teas. There are limited crops that Nature produces and there is no substitute or ways to purchase after is finished. During spring is when we have the best high-grade Green teas and Oolong harvest. Unfortunately, after it is sold out all we can do is to wait until the next year.

Green and Oolong are best when they are fresh, from the earliest harvest, and this is why we do not stock these Teas for too long. We want you to taste the best leaves, enjoy a great taste and aroma. This is why sometimes you will have to wait a little longer, but we guarantee you the delivery of the highest quality Teas. We do not produce them in factories we only deliver the pure leaves from Nature to your cup, as fast as we can as best as Nature allows it.
