Shipping and Delivery

UK - Delivery charges inside the UK will be subject to a post and handling cost of £2.75 where the order value is below £30.00. Orders over £30.00 are shipped free. We can arrange next day delivery on any order for £3.00 extra or tracked delivery for £5.00 extra (for the latter, please verify items are in stock prior to ordering and can be despatched immediately with our sales department - email sales@innteas.com or telephone 0208 816 8578).

Order Changes and Cancellations

You can always change or cancel an order at any point during the ordering process. Once the checkout has been completed, if you wish to change or cancel your order, please ring us or email (see the contact page). Remember, in line with the EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchasing. To effect this, either ring or email to let us know, return the teas unopened and we will then refund the purchase price.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card is charged at time of shipment, not before. Sorry, we are currently unable to accept personal cheques or C.O.D.'s. We ask for payment before the teas are despatched.
